High-low level waterproof, soundproof and airtight window

Wind resistance: Wind resistance better than 360 kgf/m².
Air-tightness: Ventilation volume less than 2 m³/hr.m².
Water-tightness: Water-tightness exceeds 75 kgf/m². (Highest national standard is 50 kgf/m²).

Sound insulation: Class TS-35, STC = 36dB. 

• Suitable for high class residences, villas, hotels, office towers and others with a need for high quality sound insulation.
• The external frame is 100mm wide and has a dual hollow cavity extruded aluminum structure that prevents deformation of the cement fillet caulking while providing excellent wind resistance.
• The lower horizontal bar of the external frame utilizes a high-low level design based upon the principles of fluid dynamics, giving a window that is resistant to wind and rain and also allows excellent water drainage and zero water leakage.
• The joints of the external aluminum frame are reinforced with standard metal fittings to improve the load strength of the window frame. Adjustable screws can be added to reinforce the metal fittings and window fixtures.
• Premium grade long-lasting SANTOPRENE weather resistant airtight strips are situated in the space between the internal and external frames to provide superb airtightness and sound insulation.
• The window sash is designed to be dismantled from the inside for safe, easy and reliable cleaning.
• The axle mounted stainless steel and wear resistant single (or double) rollers can be used to make minor height adjustments to the inner screens. Even window screens of large dimensions can be easily operated with no fear of wear.
• A 3-point interlocking airtight handle set may be installed for the inner window sashes in order to further improve sound insulation, and water- and air-tightness.
• Reinforced 199D and 199S 7cm inner window sashes can be used for large French windows. Size can be adjusted to suit the environment.
• Innovative dynamic anti-drop fittings are used for the screens which have highly flexible plastic guide vanes that stop them from falling off, making their use safe and easy.
• We recommend using (5 + 5mm) laminated safety glass with a PVB elastic gel membrane between the glass sheets that reduces structural resonance as well as damping the amplitude of sound waves of all frequencies. The end result is excellent safety, security, sound insulation, heat insulation, and UV shielding.
