• Suitable for apartments, hotels, administrative agencies, office towers, factories, and externally installed security windows or iron grills as well as any sites that require windows with fall prevention, security, and soundproofing.
• The external frame is 100mm wide, the double hung windows are of an internally assembled design. The inner and outer window sashes of the inner frame can be completely dismantled from the inside. This avoids the possibility of falls that might occur when windows are dismantled and offers the best safety option available
• Step-form water drainage that is designed in conformance to the principles of fluid dynamics has been used for the external frame. This sets our windows apart from those from other manufacturers whose products are plagued with the issue of poor water drainage. Our windows provide real convenience for cleaning and peace of mind when it rains.
• The joints of the external aluminum frame are reinforced with standard metal fittings to improve load strength of the window frame. Adjustable screws can also be added to reinforce the metal fittings and window fixtures.
• Premium grade long-lasting SANTOPRENE anti-weathering airtight strips are situated in the space between the internal and external frames to provide superb air-tightness and sound insulation.
• The axle mounted stainless steel and wear resistant single (or double) rollers can be used to make minor height adjustments to the inner screens. Even large window screens can be easily operated with no fear of wear.
• A 3-point interlocking airtight handle set may be installed for the inner window sashes to improve performance in sound insulation, water- and air-tightness.
• Enlarged 192D and 192S 7cm inner window sashes can be used for big French windows. Dimensions can be adjusted to suit the environment.
• Innovative dynamic anti-drop fittings with highly flexible plastic guide vanes are used for the screens to stop them from falling off, making them safe and easy to use.
• We recommend using (5 + 5mm) laminated safety glass with a PVB elastic gel membrane between the glass sheets to reduce structural resonance and damp the amplitude of sound waves at all frequencies. The end result is excellence in safety, security, sound and heat insulation, and UV shielding.
