Soundproof airtight awning (casement) landscape windows

Wind resistance: Wind resistance better than 360 kgf/m².

Water-tightness: Water-tightness exceeds 75 kgf/m². (Highest national standard is 50 kgf/m².).
Sound insulation: Class TS-35, STC = 37dB (testing glass 8mm thick)

• Suitable for high rise buildings, villas, hotels, hospitals, administration buildings, schools, office towers, and other sites that require quality soundproofing as well as landscaping.
• The external frame is 80mm wide and is made from hollow extruded aluminium. The lower horizontal edge slopes to provide both water drainage and adequate structural strength. This is a solution to the poor water drainage issues commonly experienced with traditional casement windows.
• The joints of the external aluminum frame are reinforced with standard metal fittings to improve the load strength of the window frame. Adjustable screws can also be added to reinforce the metal fittings and window fixtures.
• The central bar of the external frame is 100mm wide on the inside. When open, it is a perfect match with our slider window series, improving overall aesthetic harmony between the building and the doors and windows.
• Double rain-proof and airtight strips are fitted along the contact surfaces between the inner window sashes and external frames. The seal is excellent and when closed is waterproof, soundproof, and airtight.
• The inner frames are formed by pressing and lamination. The windows can be assembled from the inside and this makes them convenient and safe to maintain.
• Four solid stainless steel connecting rods are used to improve the ease and lightness of window operations. When cleaning is needed the window can be easily opened to allow access to the external glass surface from inside the building.
• The inner sash is fitted with anti-droop rollers that makes the window very easy to open and close.
• Good looking high quality handles with large grips and multi-point interlocking handle bars with fixed open and closed positions are fitted. When closed, the outer and inner frames are sealed closely to make the window soundproof, watertight, and airtight.
• Our double casement design has no central column to interfere with the view through the window and this conveys the atmosphere of a European residential environment.
• The casement window can be complemented with our foldable window screens to create a seamless structure that offers both a pleasing appearance and excellent practical application.
